IE has evolved around the need for every era. It was, in fact, the demand of the time which asked for the modification in the existing system. 

The Timeline marks the moving of  IE from national identity to international comparison to an international identity.  Right from its origin till date IE has gone through a range of changes to the point of developing the IBO mission and programmes offered.
